When off (recommended at first), finished videos wait in
publish_approval_queue until you call
POST /commands/approve-publish.
When on, affiliate programs must include commission/reputation fields in JSON and pass
passes_winning_product_gate. Enable after updating
configs/affiliate_programs.json.

Default pipeline characters
One render worker handles all layouts; it reads each job’s video_layout automatically.
When POST /commands/generate-video omits avatar_id, assign the locked host below.
Tag each avatar as influencer (topics / trending) or affiliate (offers / links) on the Dashboard → Avatars tab.
Lists only show avatars whose pipeline role matches. Save with “Save Automation Settings” above.
